Wire harness braiding technology

The braiding wire harness is by sending a wire harness through a braiding machine that comes wrapped with the Polymer coated nylon yarn. It provides a protective layer from chafing, heat, oil, antifreeze, hydraulic fluid, cold flexibility, fire resistance, moisture and other wear and tear to wiring harnesses.

Braiding technology is often used when a wire harness assembly requires more durability and abrasion protection due to harsh environmental applications.
